This website is owned and operated by Candor Tarot LLC, an entertainment company. These terms and conditions set forth as the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and our services. By accessing or utilizing our website, you assert that you have read, have understood, and have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority and right to legally enter into these terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

To abide with the regulations under various jurisdictions, Candor Tarot LLC and Ana Metivier, their website and all pages therein, their social media posts, and their services are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

Candor Tarot LLC and Ana Metivier, the services they offer, and the products they sell are not meant to be nor take the place of medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other professional advice given by trained professionals in those fields.

You agree to indemnify and hold Candor Tarot LLC and Ana Metivier harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees, penalties, and fines), made against you by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website. You also agree to indemnify and hold Candor Tarot LLC and Ana Metivier harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees, penalties, and fines) made by you against us arising out of, or in connection with your use of the our website, services we offer, or social media posts we make.

You are entirely responsible for your actions or inaction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Candor Tarot LLC or Ana Metivier, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any other tangible or intangible losses that arise out of or relate to the use of, or inability to use, the services offered, the information given, or the advice or directions offered on Candor Tarot's website, e-mail/video/voice/text/chat communication and/or messages, or social media posts and videos.

When buying an item or service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full Terms and Conditions page and the full item listing before making a commitment to purchase the service, (ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the service offered when you commit to buy the service, (iii) you have the legal authority to enter into the commitment to buy the service AND are above the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if older than 18) and (iv) the breaking of the commitments to purchase service may result in any or all of the services of Candor Tarot LLC and Ana Metivier in part or in full being denied to you in the future and/or in perpetuity at the discretion of Candor Tarot LLC.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur.

Please note:

We do not read minds.
We are reading specifically for the client and the client only. Do not ask us to read for other people or to read for celebrities/politicians.
We do not predict global events, catastrophes, or outcomes.
We also do not predict the weather.
We do not speak with the dead.
We do not predict health outcomes.
We do not diagnose illness.
We do not predict death dates.
Even though Ana Metivier is an ordained minister, the advice she gives is not meant to stand in place of professional advice. The prayers, spells, and manifestation work she suggests is not meant to take the place of practical solutions. We are not medical or psychiatric providers, and we are not legal or financial professionals.
The spells we may suggest are concentrated prayer, and guided by Divine forces. The outcome of the spells are not in our control nor are the spells meant to replace practical solutions and professional advice.
We do not give winning lottery numbers, nor do we pick winning bets.
We do not curse others for profit.

REGARDING MYSTICSENSE

MysticSense is its own company with its own policies, terms, and conditions. Candor Tarot utilizes their services and their payments so that our clients have more options. We are not responsible for any payment through their system that you make, nor are we responsible for any glitches or failures in their service. Please contact them directly with any difficulties. We do not have the right or authority to ask for or make any refunds on their behalf.

FOR INDIVIDUAL READINGS AND SERVICES BOOKED THROUGH GOOGLE OR KO-FI (not events)

Candor Tarot makes all appointments in good faith. Should there come a need for a client to cancel an appointment, 48-hour notice is required. The appointment will be rescheduled. Should less than 48-hour notice be given, no refund will be issued.

If Ana is unable to make an appointment, notice will be given to the client and other times will be offered to reschedule. If the client is unwilling or unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.

EVENT BOOKING (not individual services)

Events are booked far in advance. Clients must have both an email and a phone number to receive an invoice for a reservation of service. 50% of the total is due to secure a reservation. If an event is canceled, there must be 30 days advanced notice given or you will lose the full deposit. However, if an event is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled date, a refund will be issued minus a $100 booking fee. The remainder of the balance is due IN FULL 24 hours before the event.

In the case that the client has been untruthful regarding the nature of the event, Candor Tarot LLC reserves the right to leave the event without issuing any refund. Examples of being untruthful are: having more guests than was agreed to, unsafe or unsanitary conditions, reading locations that are exposed to weather or the elements, reading locations in "paranormal" hot spots for the purposes of communicating/provoking the dead/spirits/demons/etc., locations where there is illegal drinking or drug use by minors or adults, events catering to people under the age of 18. This list is not exhaustive. If a client has a question, it is the client's responsibility to ask BEFORE money is exchanged.

If there should be a reason for Ana to cancel an event, she will give notice as soon as possible and issue a full refund of any deposit.

REGARDING ANA METIVIER'S MINISTERIAL SERVICES

Reverend Mother Ana Metivier is an ordained minister in the Universal Life Church and a member in good standing of the Unitarian Universalist Church. Ana takes her ministerial duties seriously. However, as a part of her faith, she does not recognize "The Seal of Confession" in matters concerning child welfare and threats to the life and safety of others. Reverend Ana will, if necessary, report any child abuse and/or any person who may cause harm or who has caused harm to themselves or others if she is made aware of such by an act of confession.

Reverend Mother Ana Metivier does not have a church. However, her work is a part of her ministry. The ministerial services she offers are kept in her records. Marriages are performed in compliance with the state. Any papers given after a marriage ceremony are not "official" marriage certificates. Those can ONLY be obtained at the city hall of the city where the wedding took place. The baptismal certificates given are recognized by the Universal Life Church, but the records are kept with Ana Metivier and not with the ULC. Be aware that the certificate you receive will be the ONLY document you have to "prove" your baptism and may not be recognized by some religions. No other certificates are given for any other ceremonies performed.

The advice Rev. Ana gives is given in good faith with a focus on spiritual well-being. Spiritual counsel is not meant to take the place of psychiatric, mental health, or medical advice. All advice followed is at your own risk.

"ESTABLISHED CLIENTS"

An established client is defined as a person who has had a minimum of 3 months of regular service with Ana. Regular service is defined as appointments happening on a regular schedule ie. weekly, biweekly, or monthly (monthly appointments must happen every month for six months to be considered "established"). Discounts are given on an individual basis and at the discretion of Ana and Candor Tarot LLC and only cover the scheduled appointments NOT any other service or product.
